DELIVERY SPECIALISTS ACQUIRES NOBLE LOGISTICS SE REGION

ATLANTA, GA, NOVEMBER 1, 2010: Delivery Specialists, Inc. has acquired Noble Logistics, Inc.’s Southeast Region division, effective November 1, 2010. Noble Logistics’ service offering includes both dedicated and distribution transportation services to the auto parts and bulk mail delivery sectors. “The synergies that will be achieved with the incorporation of Noble’s customer base into Delivery Specialists’ existing distribution infrastructure was a major driver in this acquisition”, said Lever Stewart, CEO of Delivery Specialists. “With the additional geographic footprint and improved density in our existing markets, we can bring additional value to both current and new customers throughout the Southeast United States."
